摘要
目的:探讨妊娠期糖尿病的治疗效果对于患者妊娠结局的影响。方法:收集某院于2015年6月~2017年6月收治的妊娠期糖尿病患者86例,分为试验组和对照组,每组样本容量43例。对照组采纳常规治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上采纳综合治疗,比较血糖水平以及妊娠结局。结果:两组治疗前的2hPG、FPG不具统计学差异,P>0.05;与对照组治疗后的2hPG、FPG比较,试验组较低,与对照组妊娠结局比较,试验组较优,具统计学差异,P<0.05。结论:妊娠期糖尿病患者采纳综合治疗,可有效降低血糖,改善妊娠结局,效果确切,值得借鉴。
Objective: To explore the effect of the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus on the outcome of pregnancy. Methods: 86 patients with gestational diabetes who were admitted to the hospital were collected, and the study period from June 2015 to June 2017 was divided into experimental group and control group, with 43 samples of each group. The control group received conventional treatment and the experimental group received comprehensive treatment based on the control group. Compared blood glucose levels and pregnancy outcomes. Results: There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups before treatment, P>0.05. Compared with the 2 hPG and FPG in the control group after treatment, the experimental group was lower, and compared with the pregnancy outcome in the control group, the experimental group was better, with statistical difference(P<0.05). Conclusion: The comprehensive treatment for gestational diabetes mellitus can effectively reduce blood glucose and improve the outcome of pregnancy. The effect is exact and worth using for reference.
