摘要
消除贫困、满足人民对美好生活的向往是中国共产党人的初心和使命。习近平扶贫思想从社会主义本质要求的战略高度,重在精准扶贫、精准脱贫,注重内源扶贫与扶志、扶智相结合,创新扶贫体制机制。习近平扶贫思想拥有深厚的价值意蕴,实现了马克思主义扶贫理论的发展和创新,为打赢脱贫攻坚战和全面建成小康社会提供了行动指南,为其他国家扶贫行动贡献了新思路和新方案。
Eliminating poverty and satisfying the people’s yearning for a better life has always been the initial intention and mission of Chinese communists. Based on the essence of socialism, Xi Jinping's anti-poverty emphasizes targeted poverty alleviation and targeted poverty eradication. It also focuses on the combination of endogenous poverty alleviation and fostering the will and wisdom, which innovates systems and mechanisms for poverty alleviation. At the same time, Xi Jinping's anti-poverty thought has profound value implications which realizes the development and innovation of Marxist anti-poverty theory, provides a guide to action for winning the battle against poverty and building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and contributes new ideas and new plans to other countries’s anti-poverty actions as well.
