摘要
实现巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴有效衔接是我国当前重大战略任务,研究脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴有效衔接机制与对策具有重要现实意义。以山西省天镇县玉泉镇唐八里村为例,紧紧围绕脱贫攻坚和乡村振兴有效衔接问题,从产业发展、生态保护、乡风建设、组织创新和农民增收等方面剖析现状,进而深入分析脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴有效衔接机制,找出唐八里村脱贫攻坚衔接乡村振兴在实践探索存在的问题,并提出促进脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴有效衔接的政策建议。
It is a major strategic task of our country to consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.It is of great practical significance to study the effective linkage mechanism and countermeasures of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.Taking Tangbali Village,Yuquan Town,Tianzhen County,Shanxi Province as an example,focusing on the effective connection of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization,analyzes the status quo from the aspects of industrial development,ecological protection,rural development,organizational innovation and farmers’income increase,further analyzes the effective linkage mechanism between poverty alleviation and rural revitalization,to find out the problems in the practice and exploration of Tangbali Village’s poverty alleviation and rural revitalization,and propose policy recommendations to promote the effective connection of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.
