摘要
某铜矿以往限于药剂、设备技术等方面限制,生产中约15%左右的铜以粗粒级贫连生体损失在一段尾矿中。680m^3超大型浮选机已于2017年由北京矿冶科技术集团有限公司研制成功,该浮选机除适宜于常规粗扫选作业回收目的矿物外,还适宜于对大宗尾矿的规模化处理。采用680m^3浮选机针对该铜矿的尾矿进行了再选回收工业试验究。工业试验结果表明,工业试验期间680m^3浮选机工艺性能稳定,指标提升明显,可有效提高选矿技术经济指标。680m^3超大型浮选机工业试验的成功为在其他矿山的应用提供了可借鉴的宝贵经验。
Since it was limited in reagents, equipment and technology etc., there are about 15% of copper in production was lost in a tailings by coarse-fraction poor locked particle. The 680m^3 supercell was successfully developed by BGRIMM Group in 2017. The flotation machine is not only suitable for the recovery of target minerals in conventional roughing-scavenging operations, but also suitable for the large-scale treatment of bulk tailings. The industrial test of recovery of copper tailings from the copper mine was carried out with 680m^3 flotation machine. The industrial test results show that the technological performance of the 680m^3 flotation machine is stable, and the index is obviously improved, which can effectively improve the technical and economic indicators of mineral processing. The successful industrial test of 680m^3 supercell provides valuable experience for application in other mines.
