固定化藻菌处理黑臭水的模拟研究 被引量:4

摘要 为研究菌藻固定化体系对自然黑臭水净化效果,以光合细菌分别与细颤藻、小球藻和栅裂藻按一定的体积配比包埋固定在PVA-海藻酸钠凝胶中,构建了多种菌藻共固定化体系,通过对人工黑臭水的模拟研究,确定藻菌最佳的体积配比,并考察最佳配比下对自然黑臭水的处理效果。结果表明,固定化藻菌体积最佳配比分别为:细颤藻与细菌的体积比为1∶2,栅裂藻与细菌的体积比为1∶1,小球藻与细菌的体积比为1∶1;固定化小球藻+细菌组合对于自然黑臭水的降解优势明显,CODCr、NH3-N、色阈值和臭阈值最大去除率分别可达76.60%、76.36%、87.27%和70.82%。利用固定化藻菌处理黑臭水体技术可行。 In order to study the effect of bacteria-alga immobilization system on purification of natural black and odorous water, photosynthetic bacteria were embedded in PVA-sodium alginate gel with a certain volum ratio of oscillatoria, chlorella and scenedesmus, and a variety of bacteria and alga co-immobilization systems were constructed. Through the simulation study on artificial black and odorous water, the optimal alga-bacteria volume ratio was determined, and the treatment effect of natural black and odorous water under the optimal volume proportion was investigated. The results showed that, the optimal volume ratios of immobilized alga-bacteria system was as follows: oscillatoria ∶ bacteria = 1 ∶ 2, scenedesmus ∶ bacteria = 1 ∶ 1, chlorella ∶ bacteria = 1 ∶ 1. It could be seen that the combination of immobilized chlorella and bacteria had obvious preponderance on natural black and odorous water degradation, the maximum removal rates of CODCr, NH3-N, color threshold and odor threshold reached 76.60%, 76.36%, 87.27% and 70.82% respectively, therefore, using immobilized alga-bacteria to treat black and odorous water was technically feasible.
