摘要
制浆造纸废水对环境有着严重危害,国家对制浆造纸废水有着严格的要求和标准。在此背景下,在一般处理工艺的基础上,基于环保理念改进制浆造纸废水处理工艺。从某造纸厂采集制浆造纸废水,作为样品。对部分环节改进并增加一个深度处理环节,形成一个三层制浆造纸废水处理改进工艺。针对工艺改进前后的废水样品实施5项指标的测定,结果表明:工艺改进前后都对制浆造纸废水具有净化处理效果,各项指标均呈现下降的趋势。工艺改进前,CODcr和SS两指标尚未达到排放标准;工艺改进后,5项指标均达到了国家规定的排放标准,由此证明了制浆造纸废水处理工艺改进效果。
The pulping and papermaking wastewater is seriously harmful to the environment. The state has strict requirements and standards for pulping and papermaking wastewater. In this context, on the basis of the general treatment process, improve the pulping and papermaking wastewater treatment process based on the concept of environmental protection. Pulping and papermaking wastewater was collected from a paper mill as a sample. Improve some links and add an advanced treatment link to form a three-layer pulping and papermaking wastewater treatment improved process. Five indicators were measured for the wastewater samples before and after the process improvement. The results showed that the wastewater from pulping and papermaking was purified before and after the process improvement, and all indicators showed a downward trend. Before the process improvement, the CODcr and SS indexes have not reached the discharge standard;After the process improvement, the five indexes all reached the national discharge standards, which proved the improvement effect of the pulping and papermaking wastewater treatment process.
