摘要
目的:评估隔药灸治疗社区原发性痛经(PD)的安全性、有效性及患者的接受程度。方法:应用隔药灸治疗社区原发性痛经146例。采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评估患者治疗前后疼痛程度及痛经对患者生活质量的影响程度,采用Wilcoxon符号秩检验进行比较检验,Spearman秩相关进行相关分析。结果:止痛总有效率为96.7%,18~25岁(98.6%)高于26~35岁(94.3%);重度疼痛(100.0%)高于轻中度疼痛(95.7%);病程为7~12个月(100.0%)高于>1年(96.7%),但差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。痛经疼痛程度与经期生活质量影响程度呈显著相关关系。治疗对情绪、睡眠、日常生活、生活兴趣、与他人关系、日常工作和行走能力的影响总有效改善率分别为98.3%、98.2%、97.6%、97.2%、95.2%、95.1%和94.7%。91.1%的患者对技术治疗效果满意,认可度达到96.3%。结论:隔药灸治疗原发性痛经有效,患者依从性好、接受度高。
Objective:To evaluate the safety,efficacy,and patient acceptance of isolated-herbal moxibustion in treating primary dysmenorrhea in community.Methods:A total of 146 cases of primary dysmenorrhea in community were treated with isolated-herbal moxibustion.Visual analogue scale(VAS)was used to assess the degree of pain and the degree of dysmenorrhea in patients with quality of life before and after treatment.Wilcoxon signed rank test was used for comparison test and Spearman rank correlation was used for correlation analysis.Results:The total effective rate of pain relief was 96.7%,18-25 years old(98.6%)was higher than 26-35 years old(94.3%);severe pain(100.0%)was higher than mild to moderate pain(95.7%);the course of disease was 7-12 months(100.0%)was higher than>1 year(96.7%),but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).There was a significant correlation between the degree of dysmenorrhea and the degree of quality of menstrual life.The total effective improvement rates of treatment for mood,sleep,daily life,life interest,relationship with others,daily work and walking ability were 98.3%,98.2%,97.6%,97.2%,95.2%,95.1%and 94.7%,respectively.91.1%of patients were satisfied with the technical treatment,and the recognition rate reached 96.3%.Conclusion:The isolated-herbal moxibustion is effective in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea,and the patient has good compliance and high acceptance.
