摘要
目的分析自拟温肾通络方治疗原发性痛经的临床效果。方法选取64例原发性痛经患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组32例。观察组患者给予自拟温肾通络方进行治疗,对照组患者采用布洛芬缓释片进行治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果及治疗前后症状评分、月经血中前列腺素F2α(PGF2α)水平。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率100.00%显著高于对照组的81.25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组症状评分为(2.14±1.05)分,对照组症状评分为(4.65±2.74)分;两组症状评分均显著低于治疗前,且观察组显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组月经血中PGF2α为(2.14±1.05)μg/ml,对照组月经血中PGF2α为(4.65±2.74)μg/ml;两组月经血中PGF2α水平均低于治疗前,且观察组显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟温肾通络方治疗原发性痛经的临床效果较好,可有缓解患者痛经等症状,临床应用价值较高。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of self-made Wenshen Tongluo recipe in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.Methods A total of 64 patients with primary dysmenorrhea were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 32 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with self-made Wenshen Tongluo recipe,and the control group was treated with ibuprofen sustained release tablets.The therapeutic effect,symptom score,and prostaglandin F2α(PGF2α)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 100.00%of the observation group was significantly higher than 81.25%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom score of the observation group was(2.14±1.05)points,which was(4.65±2.74)points of the control group.The symptom score of the two groups was significantly lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the PGF2αof the observation group was(2.14±1.05)μg/ml,which was(4.65±2.74)μg/ml of the control group.The PGF2αof the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Self-made Wenshen Tongluo recipe shows good clinical effect inthe treatment of primary dysmenorrhea, and it can effectively relieve the symptoms of dysmenorrhea, and has highclinical application value.
