摘要
目的:探讨《伤寒杂病论》的用药规律。方法:将《伤寒杂病论》所载方剂录入中医传承辅助平台(V2.5),采用关联规则、改进的互信息法等数据挖掘方法,分析其处方用药规律。结果:共纳入268首方剂,通过分析获得使用频次≥10的中药29味,演化得到核心药物组合16个、新方8首。结论:通过分析四气、五味可知甘温药物使用频数最高,归经中以“脾、肺、胃”居多。
Objective:To explore the medication rule of Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases.Methods:The prescriptions in detailed analysis of Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases were inputted into the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance system(V2.5).Basing on the data mining methods such as association rules and improved mutual information method,the composing principles were analyzed.Results:Based on the analysis of 268 cases of prescriptions in the book,there are 29 medicinal herbs with a frequency above 10,16 core combinations and 8 new prescriptions were extracted.The herbs with the highest frequency are warm in four properties,sweet in five tastes,distributed to spleen,lung and stomach channel.Conclusion:The analysis of medication rules recorded in Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases can provide significant reference for the inheritance and development of ZHANG Zhong-jing's academic ideas.
