摘要
目的探讨丹参川芎嗪注射液用于冠心病人群的临床应用及合并用药特征,以期提高本品临床用药合理性,为后续前瞻研究提供证据。方法提取全国19家三甲医院使用丹参川芎嗪注射液且诊断为冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的电子医疗数据,运用Apriori关联规则算法对联合用药信息进行挖掘,探索临床联合用药特征。结果4 545例使用丹参川芎嗪注射液的冠心病患者纳入研究,平均年龄72.48岁;男性多于女性;单次用药剂量以10 mL及以上者占大多数;用药疗程以3 d以内为主;临床上常用的联合药物类别包括抗凝溶栓及抗血小板药、降脂药、抗心绞痛药、中药活血化瘀剂等。结论丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗冠心病的临床应用人群特征明确,与流行病学一致;临床用药剂量大多高于品种说明书用量,而使用疗程较短,存在一定的不合理之处,需要临床医生警惕。
Objective To analyze the application and drug combination characteristics of Danshen Chuanxiongqin Injection in coronary heart disease in the real world based on hospital information system database,provide reference for clinical application of breed,and provide reference for prospective study.Methods The electronic medical data of Danshen Chuanqiongqin Injection in 19 hospitals and the diagnosis of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease were extracted,and the apriori association rule algorithm was applied to explore the information of combined medication and explore the potential combination medication rule.Results The study included 4 545 cases of patients with coronary heart disease using Danshen Chuanxiongqin Injection,with an average age of 72.48 years;more men than women;single dose to 10 mL and above accounted for the majority;the course of treatment in 3 days;the common clinical combined drug categories include anticoagulation thrombolysis and antiplatelet agents,lipidlowering drugs,anti angina drugs,and Chinese materia medica for activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis.Conclusion The clinical application in the treatment of coronary heart disease population characteristics and epidemiology of real world Danshen Chuanxiongqin Injection clear,consistent;the clinical dose is mostly higher than that of varieties specification definition,and use a shorter course of treatment,worthy of attention.
