摘要
从以人为本和社会公平视角,指出可达性应为公交优先发展的核心指标,并提出社会主要矛盾转变下的公交优先发展的主要指标,且从城市规划设计、交通设施规划设计和社会经济等层面讨论城市与交通规划研究重心。
The article analyzes the status quo of bus priority development, points out that accessibility should be the key point, and lists its main indicators, including accessibility of bus stations, transfer rate of public transport, bus to car time accessibility ratio, etc., with an expectation to provide insights and decision-making basis.
