智能厂房温湿度智能测控分析系统设计 被引量:3

摘要 智能厂房是计算机信息技术和自动化技术相结合的产物,在研发阶段、设计阶段及存储阶段对精密度高、规格高的产品安全性有至关重要的影响。智能厂房的环境控制,特别是温湿度控制,对产品生产质量有重要的影响。本文结合ZigBee无线技术的优势和智能厂房温湿度智能测控分析系统设计需求,给出基于ZigBee无线技术的智能厂房温湿度智能测控分析系统设计方案。并将智能厂房温湿度智能测控分析系统应用到实际案例中,验证智能厂房温湿度智能测控分析系统的优势。研究表明,基于ZigBee无线技术的智能厂房温湿度智能测控分析系统能够快速对温湿度进行有效采集与监控,完成温湿度的自动化分析预测与报警,满足了智能厂房安全生产的温湿度要求,具有一定的实践应用价值。 The intelligent building is the product of the combination of computer information technology and automation technology.In the research and development stage.The environmental control of intelligent workshop,especially temperature and humidity control,has an important influence on the quality of production.Based on the advantages of ZigBee wireless technology and the design requirements of intelligent temperature measurement and control system for intelligent building,the design scheme of intelligent measurement and control system for temperature and humidity of intelligent building based on ZigBee wireless technology is presented.The intelligent measurement and control system of temperature and humidity in intelligent building is applied to the actual case to verify the advantages of the intelligent temperature measurement and measurement system.Research shows that the temperature and humidity intelligent control intelligent building ZigBee wireless technology analysis system can quickly and effectively collecting and monitoring of temperature and humidity based on the analysis,forecast and alarm automatically to meet the requirements of temperature and humidity,temperature and humidity intelligent plant safety production,has a certain practical application value.
