基于STM32单片机的大棚光照系统设计

摘要 基于单片机,设计出一种大棚光照智能控制系统。系统由上位机、服务器、下位机三部分组成,上位机是手机APP端,通过API与服务器云端进行信息交互,可以显示当下环境的光照强度并且与作物生长所需的目标光照强度进行比较、控制;服务器是上位机与下位机之间的桥梁,服务器通过TCP协议将上位机指令传输给下位机来执行,同时下位机将实时数据反馈到上位机进行监测;下位机STM32单片机控制步进电机达到对百叶窗角度的控制,实现对光照强度的自动控制。试验监测结果显示,光照智能控制系统能达到目标光照强度要求。 Based on the single chip microcomputer, an lighting intelligent system for greenhouse was designed, which consists of the upper order computer, the service and the lower order computer. The upper order computer is cell phone APP that can interchange the information with the server in the cloud through API, display the light intensity of the current environment, compare and control the target light intensity needed for crop growth;The server is the bridge between the upper order computer and the lower order computer which transmits the instructions of the upper order computer to the lower order computer through TCP protocol and reflects the instant data to the upper order computer for monition;The lower order STM32 single chip microcomputer controls the angle of the shutter by stepping motor to realize the automatic control of the light intensity. The test results showed that this lighting intelligent system can reach the requirement of target light intensity.
