摘要
目的探究认知行为干预对小儿功能性构音障碍的治疗效果。方法选取于2015年3月-2017年9月来本院进行治疗的90例功能性构音障碍患儿,随机分为试验组和对照组各45例。对所有患者给予语言康复训练,在此基础上对试验患儿进行认知行为干预,对比两组患儿的康复效果。结果试验组患儿在训练前后的社交退缩、体诉、强迫、交往、抑郁、分裂样、违纪等因子评分具有显著差异,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的康复疗效显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论认知行为干预对患儿的情绪行为问题具有显著改善效果,在康复训练中具有重要意义,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of cognitive behavioral intervention on children with functional dysarthria.Methods Ninety children with functional dysarthria who were treated in our hospital from March 2015 to September 2017 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 45 cases in each group. Language rehabilitation training was given to all the patients. On this basis, cognitive and behavioral intervention was carried out to compare the rehabilitation effects of the two groups. Results The scores of social withdrawal, physical demands, compulsion, communication, depression, schizophrenia and discipline violation before and after training in the trial group were significantly different(P < 0.05), and the rehabilitation effect of the trial group was significantly better than that of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Cognitive behavioral intervention can significantly improve the emotional and behavioral problems of children. It is of great significance in rehabilitation training and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
