摘要
目的了解功能性构音障碍(FAD)首诊患儿家属的语音训练体验,为制定针对性的干预方案提供依据。方法采用质性研究方法,选取2022年3—6月首次就诊于郑州大学第一附属医院语音治疗室拟进行语音训练的20名FAD患儿家属为研究对象,进行半结构化深入访谈,运用内容分析法对访谈资料进行分析、整理归纳与提炼主题。结果FAD患儿家属语音训练体验可归纳为4个主题:担心语音训练效果(担心语音训练长期效果和语音训练依从性);担心家庭训练实施不畅(缺乏语音训练环境、照护者语音训练知识薄弱、共患病患儿家庭训练实施不畅);个性化语音训练方案的需求(针对共患病和具有心理问题的患儿);远程语音训练平台的需求(语音师追踪随访和传递信息、家属获取语音档案信息)。结论FAD首诊患儿家属主要担心患儿语音训练效果和家庭训练实施不畅,表达对个性化语音训练方案和远程语音训练平台的需求,语音师应重视患儿家属的语音训练体验,充分考虑患儿家属的需求,针对性提供个性化支持。
Objective To explore speech training experience of family members of children first diagnosed with functional articulation disorders(FAD),so as to provide a basis for formulating targeted intervention programs.Methods Qualitative research was conducted and twenty family members of FAD received speech training in the Department of Speech Therapy,the hospital for the first time from March to June 2022 were selected as the research objects.Then semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted and content analysis method was used to analyze,summarize and refine the interview data.Results Speech training experience of family members of FAD can be summarized into 4 themes,concerns about the effect of speech training(concerns about the long-term effect of speech training and compliance),concerns about family training couldn’t be implemented smoothly(lack of speech training environment,caregivers’weak knowledge of speech training,and family training of children with comorbidities couldn’t be implemented smoothly),the needs of personalized speech training program(for children with comorbid diseases and psychological problems),the needs of remote speech training platform(phonetician track,follow up and send information and family members get voice file information through speech training platform).Conclusion Family members of children first diagnosed with FAD mainly concern about the effect of speech training and the implementation of family training,express the needs of personalized speech training program and remote speech training.Phonetician should fully consider the caring experience and the needs of family members of children with FAD,and provide personalized support.
