摘要
互联网数据以及相关技术的普及,为教育质量保障机制评价理论及方法的开发设计,提供了良好的数据基础。为了提高整体评价效果,提出了基于"互联网+"的教育质量保障机制评价方法。根据当前教育体制思想,从目标环境入手,建立多层次教学评价指标体系,利用"互联网+"思想,建立逻辑数据体系,建立逻辑原始信息,生成信息数据表并以此为核心确定指标权重,根据上述的指标和权重,设计引入D-S设计理论,提取评价数据实现保障机制的方法评价。实验数据表明,利用上述设计方法获取的教学质量保障机制评价结果,数据聚合率提高了35%,数据适应性提高了29%,可以证明其评价结果更准确。
The popularization of Internet data and related technologies provides a good data base for the development and design of evaluation theory and methods of education quality assurance mechanism. In order to improve the overall evaluation results, an evaluation method of educational quality assurance mechanism based on Internet + is proposed. According to the current educational system thought, starting from the target environment, we set up a multi-level teaching evaluation index system, set up logical data system by using Internet + thought, establish logical original information, generate information data table, and define the index weight as the core. Based on the above indexes and weights, we design the method of introducing D-S design theory and extracting evaluation data to realize the guarantee mechanism. The experimental data show that the evaluation results of teaching quality assurance mechanism obtained by the above design method can improve data aggregation rate by 35% and data adaptability by 29%, which can prove that the evaluation results are more accurate.
