摘要
目的研究分析对腹腔镜结直肠癌根治手术患者施予手术室配合方法的价值及效果。方法回顾性分析该院2015年9月-2018年11月收治的88例腹腔镜结直肠癌根治手术患者的资料,将其中接受常规护理的44例作为A组,另外接受手术室配合方法的44例作为B组,观察比较其结果。结果 B组患者的抑郁自评量表(SDS)总分(30.35±5.33)分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)总分(30.99±7.48)分、并发症的发生率4.55%好于A组患者(34.88±6.81)分(t=3.474 7,P=0.005 4)、(35.32±5.19)分(t=3.154 8,P=0.006 8)、20.45%(χ^2=5.090 9,P=0.024 1)。结论在对腹腔镜结直肠癌根治手术患者施予手术室配合方法后,可以增强手术的成效,减少各类并发症的产生,并减弱患者其负性情绪,值得全方位推行与运用。
Objective To study and analyze the value and effect of laparoscopic surgery for radical colorectal cancer patients in the operating room with the method of cooperation. Methods The data of 88 cases of laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer admitted to our hospital from September 2015 to November 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. Among them, 44 cases who received routine nursing care were taken as group A, and 44 cases who received operating room coordination method were taken as group B. And the results were observed and compared. Results In B group, the self-rating depression scale(SDS) score(30.35 ±5.33)points, self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) score(30.99 ±7.48)points, incidence of complications(4.55%) were better than those of A group(34.88±6.81)points(t=3.474 7, P=0.005 4),(35.32±5.19)points(t=3.154 8, P=0.006 8),(20.45%)(χ^2=5.0909, P=0.0241). Conclusion Laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer patients in the operating room with the method of cooperation, can enhance the effectiveness of surgery, reduce the occurrence of all kinds of complications, and reduce the negative emotions of patients. It is worthy of the full implementation and application.
