摘要
为观察针对性护理手术室配合在混合痔手术中的效果,将混合痔患者80例随机分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。2组患者均由同一手术团队完成治疗,术中对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者接受针对性护理。比较2组患者的疼痛情况、干预效果、并发症发生率和生活质量评分。结果显示,护理前2组患者疼痛评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后观察组患者疼痛评分低于对照组(P <0.05);干预总有效率显著高于对照组(P <0.05);并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P <0.05);在排便习惯、身心舒适、心理情绪、运动方面评分均高于对照组(P <0.05)。结果表明,针对性护理手术室配合可减少混合痔术后并发症,提高患者生活质量,疗效显著。
In order to observe the effect of targeted nursing operation room cooperation in mixed hemorrhoids operation,80cases of mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into control group(n =40)and observation group(n =40).The patients in the control group received routine nursing and the patients in the observation group received targeted nursing,both groups were treated by the same surgical team.The pain,intervention effect,complication incidence rate and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.As results,there was no significant difference in pain score between the two groups before nursing(P >0.05),but the pain score in the observation group after nursing was lower than that in the control group(P <0.05).The total effective rate of intervention in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P <0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P <0.05).The scores of defecation habit, physical and mental comfort,psycho-mood and movement in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group(P <0.05).The results show that the targeted nursing operation room cooperation can reduce the postoperative complications of mixed hemorrhoids and improve the quality of life of the patients,which has significant effect.
