摘要
目的分析对肝病患者实施医用三氧治疗基础上的循证护理的临床效果。方法选择该院2017年4月-2018年4月中的80例肝病患者进行研究,随机将患者分为2组,两组患者均接受医用三氧治疗,其中40例患者在治疗基础上接受循证护理,另外40例患者在治疗基础上接受常规护理,比较两组肝功能及生活质量。结果观察组出院时肝功能CHE、AST、ALT、GLB、ALB各项指标结果分别为(7 255.78±1 512.66)U/L、(53.77±25.91)U/L、(57.72±27.56)U/L、(25.21±4.33)g/L、(50.46±5.27)g/L,均明显优于对照组(5 698.45±1 452.74)U/L、(78.97±50.33)U/L、(79.33±65.73)U/L、(30.31±4.29)g/L、(41.65±5.78)g/L (t=5.263 8、4.752 4、4.236 5、3.854 9、4.251 8,P=0.000 0、0.000 0、0.000 0、0.000 0、0.000 0);观察组出院后1个月的生活质量评分为(71.45±8.15)分,明显高于对照组(64.33±7.22)分(t=5.249 0,P=0.000 0)。结论医用三氧治疗结合循证护理用于肝病患者中能够明显改善患者肝功能,更有效提升患者生活质量,值得临床推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of evidence-based nursing based on medical trioxo therapy in patients with liver diseases. Methods Eighty patients with liver disease from April 2017 to April 2018 in our hospital were enrolled. The patients were randomly divided into two groups. Both groups received. Forty of them were treated with evidence-based nursing and medical trioxo therapy, and other 40 patients received routine care and medical trioxo therapy. Liver function and quality of life between the two groups were compared. Results The results of liver function CHE, AST, ALT, GLB and ALB in the observation group were(7 255.78±1 512.66)U/L,(53.77±25.91)U/L,(57.72±27.56)U/L,(25.21±4.33)g/L, and(50.46±5.27)g/L, which were significantly better than those in the control group(5 698.45 ±1 452.74)U/L,(78.97±50.33)U/L,(79.33±65.73)U/L(30.31±4.29)g/L,(41.65±5.78)g/L(t=5.263 8, 4.752 4, 4.236 5,3.854 9, 4.251 8, P=0.000 0, 0.000 0, 0.000 0, 0.000 0,0.000 0). One month after leaving hospital, the quality score in the observation group was(71.45±8.15)points, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(64.33±7.22)points(t=5.249 0, P=0.000 0). Conclusion Medical three-oxygen therapy combined with evidence-based nursing for liver disease patients can significantly improve the liver function and the quality of life of patients. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
