摘要
目的探讨免疫三氧联合康复新液保留灌肠在放射性直肠炎中的治疗效果。方法选取2012年6月~2015年6月在我院进行治疗的100例宫颈癌放疗后放射性直肠炎患者作为研究对象,按照入院顺序分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组采用常规康复新液保留灌肠,观察组采用免疫三氧直肠注气联合康复新液保留灌肠进行治疗。比较两组的治疗效果及复发率。结果观察组的总有效率为98%,显著高于对照组的86%,差异有统计学意义（P=0.0270）。观察组的总复发率为2%,显著低于对照组的48%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论免疫三氧联合康复新液保留灌肠能有效提高放射性直肠炎患者的治疗效果,降低复发率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of Immune Three Oxygen combined with Kangfuxin Liquid retention enema in the treatment of radiation proctitis.Methods 100 cases of radiation proctitis after radiotherapy of cervical cancer from June 2012 to June 2015 in our hospital were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the order of admission,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Kangfuxin Liquid retention enema,the observation group was treated with Immune Three Oxygen combined with Kangfuxin Liquid retention enema.The curative effect and the recurrence rate in the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 98%,which was higher than 86% of the control group,with significant difference（P=0.0270）.The total recurrence rate of the observation group was 2%,which was lower than 48% of the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Immune Three Oxygen combined with Kangfuxin Liquid retention enema can effectively improve the treatment effect of radiation proctitis patients,reduce the recurrence rate,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
