摘要
本文采集化工厂附近被污染土壤,经过富集培养、初筛和复筛,得到一株产耐有机溶剂β-葡萄糖苷酶的革兰氏阳性菌株,并命名为ZXS,经鉴定该菌为Enterobacter cloacae(阴沟肠杆菌)。该菌在温度35℃,pH为7.0,DMF含量10%的条件下,β-葡萄糖苷酶活力最高,可达24.7U/L。
The contaminated soil around the chemical plant was collected in this study.A gram positive strain producingβ-glucosidasewith organic solvent resistance was obtained, whichwas identified asEnterobacter cloacae and named as ZXS, through enrichment culture, preliminary screening and secondary screening. The highest β-glucosidase activity reached 24.7 U/L, when the strain was cultured at the temperature of 35 ℃, pH 7.0, 10%DMF.
