摘要
非水相催化在天然产物的生物转化中可显著提高非极性底物溶解度,大幅度提高转化特异性和生产率等优点,使生物转化工艺更具实用价值。本文探讨了耐有机溶剂极端微生物及酶类在天然药物生物转化中催化体系,新型耐有机溶剂极端微生物及酶类的筛选与应用,及现有非水相天然产物生物转化的研究现状,并指出融合非水相催化技术是天然产物开发的一个重要突破点,为中药现代化提供理论指导。
Biocatalysis of natural products in non-aqueous media can improve solubility of non-polar substrates, specificity of biotransformation and productivity, make biotransformation technology has more applied value. Catalysis systems in biotransformation of organic-solvent-tolerant extreophiles and enzymes, screening and applications of organic-solvent-tolerant extreophiles and enzymes were reviewed and dicussed, and the situation of biotrausformation in the research of biological active constituents from natural medicines was present, indicating that biocatalysis technology in non-aqueous is a breakthrough in exploitation of natural medicines, it would provide theory direction to the modernization of traditional Chinese medicines.
