摘要
基于“十九大”报告提出的精准扶贫工作思路,分析当前高校资助工作中存在的问题、成因及意义,根据习近平总书记提出的“坚持分类施策、因人因地施策、因贫困原因施策、因贫困类型施策”等精准资助原则,提出精准认定、分类施策、心理帮扶、提升技能、建章立制等对策建议。
Based on the idea of taking targeted measures in poverty alleviation put forward in the report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the CPC,this paper analyses the existing problems,causes and significances in the current work of university financial aid.According to the principles of precise financial aid put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping,such as“adhering to classified policies,implementing policies according to local conditions,implementing policies due to poverty reasons,and implementing policies due to poverty types”,it puts forward precise identification,classified measures,psychological assistance,upgrading skills and so on.Suggestions on the establishment of rules and regulations and other countermeasures.
