摘要
液位测量是核电站自动控制系统中的重要组成部分。导波雷达液位计基于电磁波时域反射(TDR)原理,具有受环境影响小、测量精度高等特点。导波雷达液位计作为一种新型的液位测量手段,已经在核电领域有了广泛的应用,但是在其应用过程中也遇到了一定的问题。针对福清核电汽水分离再热系统疏水箱液位计频繁出现的支撑件破碎、密封失效以及蒸汽补偿漂移等问题,进行了原因分析并给出了解决措施。通过对导波雷达液位计的改造,使得导波雷达液位计在核电高温蒸汽系统中得到了应用,提高了汽水分离再热疏水液位测量的可靠性,保障了机组运行安全。该研究对推动导波雷达液位计在蒸汽系统中应用提供有力支持,对导波雷达这种新型液位计未来在更多测量环境中的应用起到了积极作用。
Level measurement is an important part of automatic control system of nuclear power plant.Guided wave radar level meter is based on the principle of electromagnetic wave time domain reflection(TDR),it has the characteristics of less environmental impact and higher measurement accuracy.As a new type of liquid level measurement method,guided wave radar level meter has been widely used in nuclear power field,however,it also encounters certain problems in application process.Aiming at the repetitive problems such as support part fracture,seal failure and steam compensation drift frequently occur in the hydrophobic level meter of Fuqing Nuclear Power steam-water separation and reheat system,the reasons are analyzed and the solution is given.Through reforming the guided wave radar level meter,the application in high-temperature steam system is realized,the reliability of hydrophobic level measurement for steam-water separation and reheating is improved,and the safety of unit operation is ensured.In addition,the guided wave radar level meter is promoted in the high-temperature steam system.The application of steam system provides strong support,the new type of guided wave radar has played a positive role in the future development of more measurement environments.
