摘要
动力温度δt0是影响蒸发器自然循环推动力最重要的因素,利用δt0作为推动力计算模型的主要理论基础,分析过程不平衡性对该推动力的影响,提出了采用影响系数K1、K2、K3的修正模型,又推出了采用综合影响系数K的工程计算式.结果表明,采用该方法后使试验工作量减少,且计算结果更为可靠.
There has been no design calculating methods for driving force of natural cycle for evaporators. As a most important influencing factor for the calculating model, the temperature difference (power) is grasped from so many factors whose interrelationship is complex. After the effect of disequilibrium evaporation process in evaporating chamber is analyzed thoroughly, the correction model is proposed which includes the effect coefficient K(1) of evaporating temperature of disequilibrium process and effect coefficient K(2) of evaporating depth where vaporization begins and kinetic energy at the outlet of evaporating chamber effect coefficient K(3). It is indicated that there is large effect of kinetic energy consumption. Based on the above analysis, the concept of effective driving force and the corresponding calculation model are proposed. The model is convenient for the calculation of cycle flow path. The engineering calculating formula with the comprehensive effect coefficient K is produced to consider the effect factors such as unlinear process in all-round way, make calculating results more reliable, avoid too much experimental work and make design calculation easy and convenient. The theoretical system proposed by the paper will be beneficial to develop the deep research on the driving force of natural cycle of evaporators.
