摘要
在当前社会经济不断快速发展的形势下,企业对于人才的需求越来越多样化,需求量也在不断增加当中,在提高企业人力资源综合竞争力的基础上,要提高人力资源绩效管理的整体水平。因此,本文对如何构建人力资源绩效管理体系进行详细分析和研究,提高其自身的整体管理水平和质量。
