摘要
目的:探讨子午流注法穴位按摩促进产妇乳汁分泌的积极效果。方法:对比研究将50例产妇作为研究对象,患者都来自于2017年1月到2017年12月期间。对比法将患者分为对照组和观察组各25例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施子午流注法穴位按摩。比较泌乳始动的时间,评估住院期间产妇乳汁分泌效果。结果:观察组产妇的泌乳始动时间<2d的占比率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组住院期间的乳汁分泌效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:子午流注法穴位按摩,显著促进产后产妇乳汁分泌,缩短泌乳始动时间,尽快分泌乳汁,效果显著,具有积极推广价值。
Objective:To explore the positive effect of meridian streaming acupoint massage on promoting maternal milk secretion.Methods:A comparative study was conducted on 50 pregnant women from January 2017 to December 2017.The patients were divided into control group and observation group with 25 cases each.Control group to implement routine nursing,observation group to implement meridional fluid point massage.The time of lactation initiation was compared to evaluate the effect of lactation during hospitalization.Results:The ratio of lactation initiation time<2d in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the effect of milk secretion during hospitalization in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Meridional streaming acupoint massage can significantly promote postpartum maternal milk secretion,shorten the start time of lactation and secrete milk as soon as possible.
