摘要
中医气象学是中医理论的重要组成部分,体现了人与自然相统一的整体观。针对近年来中医气象学研究多集中于肺系或是消化系统疾病的现状,此文从妇科角度出发,选取妇科中极具中医特色的月经病展开分析,运用中医气象学各理论学说,分别从异常气象变化、气象变化节律、地区气候变化特征3个方向,探讨气象对月经病诊疗的影响以及如何更好地顺应气象变化养生防护,以冀推动中医气象学在妇科疾病治疗方面的研究进展。
Meteorology of traditional Chinese medicine is an important part of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,reflecting the unity of man and nature as a whole.In view of the current situation that the research of meteorology of traditional Chinese medicine in recent years mainly focuses on diseases of the lung or digestive system,this paper selected menstrual diseases with great characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine in gynecology for analysis from the perspective of gynecology,and applied various theories and theories of meteorology of traditional Chinese medicine to explore the influence of meteorology on the diagnosis and treatment of menstrual diseases from three directions:abnormal meteorological change,meteorological change rhythm and regional climate change characteristics better adapt to the weather change health protection,in order to promote the research progress of meteorology of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of gynecological diseases.
