摘要
目的:探讨家庭医师利用微信平台对社区手足口病防治的效果,为防控手足口病积累经验。方法:选取南门社区卫生服务中心辖区的120例手足口病患儿,随机分为对照组和观察组各60名,对其家长分别实施常规健康教育和微信平台健康教育,记录两组患儿病情康复情况,两组家长均于干预后14 d接受手足口病基本知识掌握情况问卷调查。结果:观察组患儿皮疹消退时间及痊愈时间均早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿家长在疾病知识、消毒隔离、疾病特征及预防护理方面知识的掌握程度均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:家庭医师利用微信平台对手足口病患儿进行健康管理,能促进患儿病情好转,并能提高家长对疾病的知晓率,效果满意。
Objective: To investigate the effect of family doctors on the prevention and treatment of HFMD in community by We-chat platform, so as to accumulate experience in the prevention and control of HFMD. Methods: 120 children with HFMD in South Gate Community Health Service Center were randomized into the control group(n= 60)and observation group(n = 60). Routine health education and We-chat platform health education were carried out respectively to both group and then recorded the recovery of children in the two groups. Parents of the two groups received questionnaires on the basic knowledge of HFMD 14 days after intervention. Results: The regression time and cure time of rash in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group, which was of statistical difference(P< 0.05). The knowledge mastering of the disease, disinfection and isolation, disease characteristics and preventive nursing for parents in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, which were statistically significant(P< 0.05). Conclusion: The familiy doctors’ health management for children with HFMD by We-chat platform can promote the improvement of children’s condition, increase the awareness rate of parents about the disease, and obtain satisfactory results.
