摘要
目的探讨微信平台在家庭医师签约中有效稳定患者血糖、血压及健康管理的实践效果。方法选取2018年10月—2019年2月于兴城社区卫生服务中心确诊并接受治疗的48例患者,随机分为观察组(n=24)与对照组(n=24),对照组实施家庭医生常规管理,观察组实施家庭医生微信平台管理,比较两组应用效果。结果观察组血糖、血压指标改善情况均显著优于对照组;观察组各项健康调查简表(SF-36)评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论微信平台在家庭医师签约中可有效稳定患者血糖、血压水平处于正常值,促进患者恢复健康。
Objective To explore the practical effect of WeChat platform in effectively stabilizing patients' blood sugar,blood pressure and health management in family doctors' contract.Methods A total of 48 patients diagnosed and treated at Xingcheng Community Health Service Center from October 2018 February to 2019 were randomly divided into observation group (n=24) and control group (n=24).The doctors routinely managed,and the observation group implemented the family doctor WeChat platform management to compare the effects of the two groups.Results The improvement of blood glucose and blood pressure indexes in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group.The scores of the health survey summary(SF-36) in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The WeChat platform can effectively stabilize the patient's blood sugar and blood pressure levels in the signing of family physicians,and promote the recovery of patients' health.
