基于多主体建模的药品质量损失涌现模型

摘要 为深入研究药品生产过程中质量损失的演化机理,基于复杂适应系统(CAS)理论和CGP建模方法,先分析影响药品质量的因素,构建药品质量损失涌现模型,再利用Netlogo仿真平台,根据质量形成全过程的各个环节,动态模拟人、机、料、法、环、测6个方面的因素对药品质量损失涌现程度和趋势的影响,最后通过改变各因素对模型进行了基准模式和分析模式下的对比仿真。结果表明:药品质量损失是上述多种因素影响下的一种涌现现象,各种因素均会直接或间接影响其涌现的程度和趋势,不同因素对药品质量损失涌现的影响程度存在差异。 For the in-depth study of the evolution mechanism of quality loss in the process of drug production, the factors affecting the quality of drugs were analyzed first and the emergence model of drug quality loss was constructed based on the complex adaptation system (CAS) theory and CGP modeling method.According to the various stages of the whole process of quality formation, the Netlogo simulation platform was used to dynamically simulate the influence of six factors: human, machine, material, method, environment and measurement on the emerging trend of drug quality loss.The model was compared with the baseline mode and the analysis mode by changing various factors.The results show that the quality loss of drugs is an emerging phenomenon under the influence of various factors mentioned above.Various factors will directly or indirectly affect the emerging trend, and the influence of different factors on the emergence of drug quality loss will be different.
