汽油机EGR阀控制系统设计及控制算法分析

摘要 电控EGR阀是汽油机废气再循环系统中的关键执行部件,由于低压EGR系统废气流动具有滞后性,所以电控EGR阀的动态响应性能关系到EGR系统对废气循环流量的精确控制。因此,针对汽油机单独设计了一套外加EGR控制系统,可以通过CAN协议与发动机ECU通讯获取目标开度,实现闭环控制。最后分析了2种控制算法的动态响应效果。试验表明,在所设定参数条件下,测速反馈算法的稳态误差更小,且在连续阶跃信号输入下,测速反馈的延迟时间比比例-微分算法短12μs,且超调量小1.8%。 EGR valve is a key execution component in the EGR system of the gasoline engine. Its dynamic response performance relates to the accurate operation of the exhaust gas flow. So,aiming at developing an operation system for some kind of electronic EGR valve,an operation system is designed,which can communicate with ECU through CAN communication protocol. Finally,two algorithms are compared to analyze the response of the electronic EGR valve control system. Experiments show that the steady-state error of the speed feedback algorithm is smaller. Under the continuous step signal input,the delay time of the speed feedback is 12 μs shorter than the proportional-differential algorithm,and the overshoot is 1.8% smaller.
