摘要
目的对雌激素联合甲硝唑治疗萎缩性阴道炎的临床疗效进行分析。方法以2013年1月~2018年12月在我院医治的78例萎缩性阴道炎患者为研究对象,采用抽签法将患者分为参照组与研究组。参照组患者给予甲硝唑进行治疗,研究组患者给予雌激素联合甲硝唑治疗,比较两组患者的疗效与不良反应发生率。结果研究组患者临床疗效更为显著。结论在萎缩性阴道炎患者中,应用雌激素联合甲硝唑治疗方案,可以取得显著的临床疗效。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of estrogen combined with metronidazole in the treatment of atrophic vaginitis.Methods 78 cases of patients with atrophic vaginitis treated in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into the reference group and the research group by drawing lots.The control group was treated with metronidazole,while the study group was treated with estrogen combined with metronidazole.The efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical effect of the study group was more significant.Conclusion In patients with atrophic vaginitis,estrogen combined with metronidazole can achieve significant clinical efficacy.
