摘要
采用PEST分析模型对我国海军海外基地选址的影响因素进行了分析,以美国樟宜海军基地选址的影响因素为实例进行了研究,探索了PEST分析模型在海外基地选址的应用,为我国未来海外军事基地的选址提供了一种影响因素分析思路。
Against the background of the Belt and Road Initiative and the Going Out campaign of the Chinese military force, this paper analyzed the factors affecting the site selection of the overseas military base using PEST analysis, took the Changi Naval Base as an example, studied the factors of influence empirically, and at the end, explored the application of PEST analysis in the site selection of overseas military bases for future reference of the Chinese Navy.
