全柔性沥青路面弯沉验收标准研究 被引量:12

摘要 针对现行弯沉验收体系对全柔性沥青路面弯沉验收的不适应性,文中依托广河高速全柔性沥青路面结构形式,将施工过程中各结构层顶面弯沉实测与设计值、HPDS2011计算值、BISAR3.0计算值进行比较分析,并利用BISAR3.0软件对比分析级配碎石层模量与沥青层模量对弯沉的影响程度;基于可靠度理论,分析得到了满足95%可靠度的F修正系数,以此确定了广河全柔性沥青路面的弯沉验收标准值.研究表明,广河高速弯沉普遍不合格的根源在于级配碎石层弯沉合格率过低;将现行规范中F值计算公式中的系数由1.63修正为2.3635时,计算公式与现场实测数据吻合较好,且能满足95%可靠度的要求.广河高速历年良好的运营状态表明,文中提出的弯沉修正方法及验收标准合理. In view of the inadaptability of the current acceptance system to the deflection about the full flexible asphalt pavement, this paper this paper, relying on the structural type of fully flexible asphalt pavement of Guanghe Expressway, compared and analyzed the measured and designed deflection value of the top surface of each structural layer, HPDS2011 calculation value and BISAR3.0 calculation value in the construction process, and used BISAR3.0 software to compare and analyze the influence degree of graded gravel layer modulus and asphalt layer modulus on deflection. Based on the reliability theory, the F correction coefficient satisfying 95% reliability was obtained, and the deflection acceptance standard value of Guanghe fully flexible asphalt pavement was determined. The research shows that the root of the general unqualified deflection of Guanghe Expressway lies in the low qualified rate of deflection of graded gravel layer. When the coefficient in the F value calculation formula in the current specification is revised from 1.63 to 2.3635, the calculation formula is in good agreement with the field measured data and can meet the requirement of 95% reliability. The good operation status of Guanghe Expressway over the years shows that the deflection correction method and acceptance standard proposed in this paper are reasonable.
