摘要
目前,我国水电机组的检修多采用以定期检修为主的预防性检修,首先,从不同检修方式与设备特征出发,探索以最经济的方式提高设备可靠性,使得机组在全寿命周期中运行维护成本最低。提出一套适用于中小水电机组的最优检修策略,针对不同的设备属性及故障特征,选取不同的检修方式,防止过检修与欠检修,实现可靠性和经济性相互统一。并且,在检修实施过程中,对照检修质量目标,对机组检修项目分部分项,依据分项质量标准,严格质量控制,建立完善质检点与三级验收相结合的验收体系,保障水电站机组安全、可靠与经济运行。
At present,most hydropower units in our country use preventive maintenance mainly based on periodic maintenance. Firstly,starting from different maintenance methods and equipment characteristics,we explore the most economical way to improve the reliability of equipment,so as to make the operation and maintenance cost of units the lowest in the life cycle.A set of optimal maintenance strategies for small and medium-sized hydropower units is put forward.Different maintenance methods are selected according to different equipment attributes and fault characteristics to prevent overhaul and undermaintenance,and to achieve the unity of reliability and economy.Moreover,in the process of overhaul implementation,according to the quality target of overhaul,the unit overhaul project is divided into several items,according to the sub-item quality standard,strict quality control,establish and improve the acceptance system combining quality inspection point and three-level acceptance,to ensure the safe,reliable and economic operation of hydropower units.
