摘要
供给侧改革是新时代全面深化改革的主攻方向。应用型高校必须顺应供给侧改革的形势,加强和推进应用型高校的供给侧改革。应用型高校供给侧改革的关键在教师。教师的转型提升是新型人才培养、应用型高校发展、新时代党和国家的要求。从外在因素来看,应当为教师的转型提升提供政策减负支持、保证培训供给、建立激励制度、改进评价机制等保障机制。从教师自身来看,教师需要转变人才观念,明确人才培养目标;调整教学方法,增强教学应用性;提升实践能力,争做“双师双能型”教师;积极主动学习,更新知识结构;发扬工匠精神,提升职业素养。
Supply-side reform is the main goal of comprehensively deepening reform in the new era.The applied colleges and universities must conform to the situation of the supply-side reform and strengthen and promote the supply-side reform.The key to supply side reform of applied university lies in teachers.The transformation and promotion of teachers is the requirement of new talent training,of the applied university development,of the Party and Country in the new era.From the perspective of external factors,it is necessary to provide policy support for teachers transformation and improvement,guarantee training supply,establish incentive system and promote evaluation mechanism.From the teachers perspective,they need to change the concept of talent and define talent goals;adjust teaching method to enhance teaching applicability;strengthen the practical ability in order to become a“double-teacher and double-ability”teacher;actively learn and update knowledge structure;develop the craftsman spirit and enhance professional accomplishment.
