摘要
高管团队控制战略方向,对企业发展起决定性作用。自1984年高阶理论提出,不断有学者试图解释并总结高管团队对战略选择及其企业绩效之间的作用机制,但是迄今为止还未有文章对高管团队研究主题的衍变过程进行系统梳理。因此,基于高管团队的三大核心要素团队构成、团队结构和团队过程,并结合近5年的高管团队相关研究,系统总结梳理高管团队为主体的研究主题的融变过程,以期对战略管理理论与高管团队理论、认知理论有所深化。
Top management team controls the strategic direction and plays a decisive role in the development of the enterprise.Since the upper echelons theory has been proposed in 1984,there have been many scholars trying to explain and summarize the mechanism of top management team's role in strategic choice and its corporate performance,but there is still no article on the process of the evolution of the research theme of the top management team so far.Therefore,based on the three core elements of top management management team,team structure,team structure and team process,combined with the research of top management management team for the past five years,systematically summarizes the process of the research on the subject of top management team.In order to deepen the theory of strategic management and the theory of top management team and cognitive theory.
