摘要 介绍了化工标准和美国石油协会(API)标准关于常压储罐氮封系统的工艺设计,通过对氮气消耗量计算原理、系统连锁控制要求以及储罐安全附件设置要求进行对比分析,发现两者的异同点。结合内蒙古某地甲醇储罐工程实例,通过两种标准对氮封系统的供气量进行计算,并对结果进行了分析讨论,指出了适用于国内的较为准确的设计方法,为其他工程类似的设计提供理论计算依据。 Ther process design of the nitrogen sealing system for atmospheric pressure storage tank according Chemical Industry Standards and American Petroleum Institute Standards was introduced,the similarities and differences of these two standards about the nitrogen sealing system for atmospheric pressure storage tank were given out by analyzing and comparing calculation Principle of Nitrogen Consumption,requirement of system chain control and setting requirement of safety attachment for storage tank.Based on the project of methanol storage tank in Inner Mongolia,the gas supply of nitrogen seal system was calculated by two standards,and then these results were analyzed and discussed.A more accurate design method suitable for domestic was pointed out,which can provide theoretical calculation basis for similar design projects.
