摘要
气封系统供气量不仅受泵抽出储罐内储存的液体所需的补充气量与由于外界气温变化而产生的储罐内气体冷凝和收缩所需补充气量的影响,还受供气系统及储罐的安全和监控设施的影响。结合工程实例介绍储罐气封系统的计算及与呼吸阀的异同,为类似工程设计提供参考。
The inert gas supply quantity of the gas tight system is not only affected by the amount of make-up gas required for the stored liquid pumped out from the storage tank and the amount of make-up gas required for the condensation and contraction of the gas in the tank due to the change of the outside air temperature,it is also affected by the safety and monitoring facilities of the gas supply system and the storage tanks.With the combination of the project examples,this paper introduces the calculation of storage tank inert gas tight system and the similarities and differences with the breathing valve,which can provide reference for similar engineering design.
