摘要
设计合了4种新型的苯并吡喃类衍生物(2a^2d),并通过1HNMR、13CNMR对其结构进行了表征。此外,我们还选择我国农田发生的9种代表性病原真菌对目标化合物进行了抑菌性测试。抑菌实验结果表明,在50mg·L^-1剂量下,目标化合物2a^2d对9种植物病原真菌均表现出较好的广谱抑菌活性。而且化合物2a^2d对黄瓜灰霉病菌、水稻纹枯病菌的抑菌率,与嘧菌酯的抑菌率相当甚至更高。
4 novel kinds of benzopyran derivatives(2a^2d)were designed,synthesized and characterized by 1 H NMR and 13 C NMR.In addition,their anti-fungal activities against the nine representative pathogenic fungi from farmland in China were evaluated.The results of anti-fungal experiments showed that compounds 2a^2d exhibited excellent broad-spectrum anti-fungal activities against the tested nine plant pathogenic fungus at 50 mg·L^-1.And the fungicidal activities of 2a^2d against Botrytis cinerea and Pellicularia sasakii were as well as Azoxystrobin at 50 mg·L^-1.
