摘要
主动配电网中电动汽车和分布式电源的存在为主动调度提供了新的调整策略,利用电动汽车作为分布式储能时所具有的灵活充放电时间转移能力和可控分布式电源所具有的发电出力快速调节能力,结合国内电力市场的实际情形,引入电动汽车群管理机构,提高对电动汽车充放电管理的便捷性.建立以配电系统调度机构生产成本最低和车主充放电费用最少为目标的主动配电网供需协同优化调度模型,算例结果表明,优化调度策略不仅可以降低生产成本、车主的用电费用,而且改善了系统的电压质量,降低了系统峰谷差,提高了系统运行的稳定性.
As the core of the initiative the initiative with active distribution network control and active management of development,electric vehicles and control distributed power represented by the dispatch object for active flow management provides a new means of adjustment.By using electric vehicles as a distributed energy storage unit with flexible charging and discharging time transfer and controllable distributed power generation,rapid adjustment,combined with the actual situation of the electricity market,introduction of electric vehicle management agencies and improve the ease of electric vehicle charging and discharging management.Established distribution system dispatching in the production cost and owner discharge costs at least the goals of active power source load coordination optimal dispatching model results show that this optimization strategy not only can reduce production costs,owners of electricity costs,and improves the quality of voltage,reduce the difference between peak and Valley load and improves the stability of the system.
