摘要
为充分利用分时电价特点解决微网优化调度问题,提出基于用户需求响应的微网系统模型,在此基础上,综合考虑微网系统各部分运行特点及成本,构建分时电价机制下微网系统优化调度模型。采用遗传算法优化分布式电源出力、储能系统充放电策略以及微网与主网的能量交互,促进主网的削峰填谷,实现电力资源高效配置。最后以某微网系统典型负荷日运行调度为例,验证了所提模型的有效性。
In order to make full use of the characteristics of time-of-use electricity price to solve the problem of micro-grid optimization scheduling,the paper proposes a micro-grid system model based on user demand response.On this basis,considering the operation characteristics and cost of each part of the micro-grid system,the paper establishes the optimization scheduling model of the microgrid system under the time-of-use electricity price mechanism,and uses genetic algorithm to optimize the distributed power output,the charging and discharging strategy for energy storage system and the energy interaction between the micro-grid and main grid,promoting peak load shifting for the main grid to achieve the efficient allocation of power resources.Finally,the typical load day operation scheduling of a micro-grid system is taken as an example to verify the validity of the model.
