摘要
针对喷涂在柴油机上的水性面漆出现的附着力性能差、配套性不理想的问题,以粉末涂料样板为研究主体,选用双组份改性环氧水性面漆为研究对象,通过设置不同的烘干温度、不同的养护时间进行对比验证,研究温度、时间变化对水性面漆在粉末涂料上附着力性能的影响。结果表明:随着粉末涂料烘干温度的提升,水性面漆在粉末涂料样板的附着力逐渐恶化;随养护时间的延长,水性面漆的附着力逐渐强化。
In allusion to the problem of poor adhesion and poor overcoatability when waterborne topcoats sprayed on diesel engine, the powder coating is taken as the research subject with the two-component waterborne topcoats as the research object. By comparing the different drying temperature and curing time,the influence of the above factors are studied. The results show that with the increase of drying temperature of powder coatings, the adhesion of water-borne topcoats on powder coatings is deteriorated gradually, and the adhesion of water-borne topcoats is strengthened gradually with the prolongation of curing time.
