摘要 以改性有机硅树脂为成膜物,添加耐高温颜料及云母粉、陶瓷粉、滑石粉等填料,溶剂及助剂制备出一种能在200~400℃环境中长期使用的耐高温涂料,该涂料同时具有良好的耐腐蚀性..选择恰当的颜基比,并添加特殊助剂,使该涂料既具有良好的耐热性又能够适应多种施工方式,如喷涂、刷涂、辊涂等,保证漆膜不起泡。 Using modified silicone resin as film forming material, adding heat-resistant pigment, mica powder, ceramic powder, talcum powder etc., solvent and additives, a high temperature coatings with excellent corrosion resistance was obtained. This coatings can be long-term applied at 200-400 ℃ . In the formulation design, proper pigment/binder ratio was determined, and special additives were selected, which make the coatings has good heat resistance and can use various construction methods, such as spray, brush, roller and so on, and non-foaming at the same time.
