摘要
细胞间黏附分子1(ICAM-1)是能介导白细胞和内皮细胞黏附的主要蛋白质分子之一,可以造成小血管病变。本文重点阐述脑小血管病可能发病机制及其与ICAM-1的关系,为进一步探讨ICAM-1与脑小血管病的关系提供依据,推测ICAM-1基因的多态性可能与脑小血管病的发生有相关性。
Intercellular adhesion molecule 1 (ICAM-1) is one of the main molecules that mediate the adhesion of leukocytes to endothelial cells,which can cause small vessel disease.The following focuses on the possible pathogenesis of cerebral small vessel disease and its relationship with ICAM-1,providing a basis for further investigation of the relationship between ICAM-1 and cerebral small vessel disease.It is speculated that the polymorphism of ICAM-1 gene may be related to the occurrence of cerebral small vessel disease.
