摘要 目的:观察慢性氟中毒对大鼠心肌磷酸化p38丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(p38MAPK)蛋白表达的影响。方法:随机将wistar大鼠分为4组,分别饮用含有不同含量氟化钠(NaF)去离子水,即:对照组(0mg/LNaF)、50mg/LNaF组、100mg/LNaF组、200mg/LNaF组,观察各组大鼠氟斑牙的发生情况,并通过免疫组织化学的方法检测各组大鼠心肌磷酸化p38MAPK的表达情况。结果:饮用含氟水的大鼠均出现了不同程度的氟斑牙,且随饮水中氟浓度的增加而加重,即成功制备了慢性氟中毒模型;与对照组相比,饮用含氟化钠水的大鼠心肌磷酸化p38MAPK表达增加(F=16.149,P=0.000)。结论:氟化钠可能通过诱导大鼠心肌磷酸化p38MAPK蛋白表达增加,从而促进心肌细胞损伤。 Objective:To investigate effects of chronic fluorosis on the expression of phospho-p38MAPK of myocardium in rat . Methods: Wistar rats were divided randomly into four groups. In order to obtain the chronic fluorosis model,rats were free to drink the water containing different concentrations of sodium fluoride (NaF) for 4 months. Control group A, which drank distilled water, and other three groups, which received 50,100 and 200 mg/L NaF in their drinking water. The effects of different concentrations of sodium fluoride on the protein expression of phospho-p38MAPK in rat myocardium were compared by immunohistochemistry. Results: Except for the control group ,dental fluorosis was found in the other groups, and the degree of dental fluorosis increased with the increase of sodium fluoride concentration in drinking water. The chronic fluorosis model was successfully prepared. Compared with the control group , the protein expression of phospho-p38MAPK was increased( F =16.149, P =0.000).Conclusion: Sodium fluoride may induce myocardium apoptosis by inducing increased the protein expression of phospho-p38MAPK in rat myocardium.
