摘要
目的观察关节镜下Fast-Fix联合微骨折术修复水平状半月板撕裂的临床效果。方法选择2016年6月至2017年6月海南省人民医院骨科中心收治的半月板水平状撕裂患者共39例,按照入院顺序分为对照组19例,经关节镜下Fast-Fix修复;观察组20例经关节镜下Fast-Fix联合微骨折术修复。比较两组术后疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、Lysholm、Tegner评分,并通过磁共振成像(MRI)检查结果比较半月板的愈合率。结果全部病例均获得随访,所有患者无并发症发生。两组患者治疗后VAS、Lysholm评分和Tegner评分均较治疗前好转,且观察组较对照组改善更明显(P<0.05)。观察组术后愈合18例(90.0%),对照组术后愈合14例(73.7%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=9.37,P<0.05)。结论关节镜下Fast-Fix联合微骨折术修复水平状半月板撕裂较单纯Fast-Fix修复疗效更明显。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Fast-Fix combined with microfracture surgery under arthroscopy in the repair of horizontal meniscus tear.Methods Thirty-nine patients with meniscus horizontal tear in the hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were selected.According to the order of admission,they were divided into the control group (19 cases) repaired by arthroscopic Fast-Fix and the observation group (20 cases) repaired by arthroscopic Fast-Fix combined with microfracture surgery.The postoperative pain visual analogue score (VAS),Lysholm and Tegner score were compared between the two groups.The healing rate of meniscus was compared by MRI.Results All cases were followed up,and none of the patients had complications.After treatment,VAS,Lysholm and Tegner score of the two groups were better than those before treatment,and the improvement of the observation group was more obvious than that of the control group ( P < 0.05 ).18 cases (90.0%) healed after operation in the observation group and 14 cases (73.7%) in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups (χ 2= 9.37 , P < 0.05 ).Conclusion Compared with Fast-Fix,arthroscopic Fast-Fix combined with microfracture surgery is more effective in repairing horizontal meniscus tears.
