天然牙和骨整合种植体被动触觉敏感性差异研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的 通过检测种植体单冠在6个正交方向的被动触觉,探讨种植体与天然牙的触觉差异及不同穿龈水平的种植体的触觉差异,以期为种植体的临床调颌提供指导。方法采用牙齿触觉感应器,测试种植修复患者的种植体单冠六个正交方向(即近中向、远中向、唇颊向、舌向、根方、冠方)的被动触觉,以同颌对侧同名天然牙为对照牙。使用方差分析进行统计学分析。结果种植体支持单冠和天然牙的被动触觉阈限比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),软组织水平种植体和骨水平种植体的被动触觉阈限比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);软组织水平种植体支持单冠触觉阈限近远中向与垂直向比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),其余方向两两比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 种植体支持单冠的被动触觉阈限为天然牙的数十倍。软组织水平种植体和骨水平种植体的被动触觉阈限比较无差异。种植体支持单冠的被动触觉敏感度存在方向上存在差异。 Objective To investigate the tactile differences between implants and natural teeth and the tactile differences of implants with different perforation levels by detecting the passive tactile sense of implants in six orthogonal directions,and provide guidance for clinical adjustment for implants. Methods The dental tactile sensor was used to test the passive tactile sense of the six orthogonal directions of the implant(the near-middle direction,the far-middle direction,the lip-cheek direction,the tongue direction,the root side and the crown).The natural tooth of the same name on the opposite side of the jaw is the control tooth.Statistical analysis was performed using analysis of variance. Results The difference in passive tactile threshold between implants and natural teeth was statistically significant( P <0.05).There was no significant difference in passive tactile threshold between soft tissue level implants and bone level implants( P >0.05).The difference in tactile threshold between horizontal and vertical direction in soft tissue level implants was statistically significant( P <0.05),and the other directions were not different. Conclusion The passive tactile threshold of implant-supported single crowns is dozens of times that of natural teeth.There was no difference in the passive tactile threshold between soft tissue level implants and bone level implants.There is a difference in the direction of passive tactile sensitivity of implant-supported single crowns.
