摘要
建立了婴幼儿乳粉中的丙烯酰胺的高效液相色谱-串联四极杆质谱联用测定方法。样品加水溶解超声提取后,利用乙腈除蛋白,正己烷除脂,使用Hypersil GOLD C18柱(50 mm×4.6 mm(i.d.),1.9μm)分离,经梯度洗脱分离,用电喷雾正离子MRM模式检测,同位素内标定量,可以对婴幼儿配方乳粉中的丙烯酰胺进行定量分析。结果表明:该方法的检出限为5μg/kg,定量限为10μg/kg,线性范围10.0μg/L^200.0μg/L,加标回收率介于86.7%~106.8%之间,相对标准偏差3.07%~9.61%(n=6)。
This thesis developed a high performance liquid chromatography-tandem quadrupole mass spectrometry method for acrylamide in infant milk powder. In the method, infant milk powder samples were dissolved with water and ultrasonic extraction, using acetonitrile to remove protein and n-hexane to remove fat, acrylamide in infant formula milk powder can be quantitatively analyzed by separated using hypersil GOLD C18 column(50 mm×4.6 mm(i.d.),1.9 μm),gradient elution, electrospray positive ion MRM mode detection and isotope internal standard quantification. The results showed that the detection limit of this method was 5 ug/kg, the quantitative limit was 10 μg/kg, the linear range was 10.0 μg/L to 200.0 μg/L, the recovery was between 86.7% and 106.8%, and the relative standard deviation was 3.07%-9.61%(n=6).
